Are you, or your trainer-assessor teams, planning to deliver the following apprenticeships standards?
- Customer service practitioner (Level 2)
- Customer service specialist (Level 3)
We’re hosting a four-part webinar series to guide front-line staff through the process of delivering these specific standards, and equipping you with tools and resources to prepare and start delivery.
The series will be comprehensive and action-focused, focusing on:
- The foundation: your curriculum in-line with the standard (Tues, 8th May, 3.30-4.30pm)
- Creating effective training plans and conducting progress reviews (Thurs, 17th May, 3.30-4.30pm)
- Preparing the apprentice for the gateway and end-point assessment (Tues, 29th May, 3.30-4.30pm)
- Monitoring performance and quality (pan-sector) (Tues, 5th June, 3.30-4.30pm)
The series draws on our work with 3,000 staff from 900 apprenticeship organisations who we’ve supported to start deliver standards, as well as our work with trailblazer employer groups.
You can book onto the series for £165 (+VAT). This includes the live webinars (with Q&A) and supporting tools / resources. Don’t worry if you can’t make one of the dates – we’ll send you the webinar recording.
If you would like to book onto more than one Delivering apprenticeship standard series please contact email@example.com for a discount code.
Who are these webinars for?
The series is designed for front-line apprenticeship staff (for example, tutors, trainers, assessors, teachers, lecturers, coaches, mentors, etc.)
