The programme – delivered in-house for trainer / tutor teams – introduces you to all the key aspects of great online design and delivery and offers you the opportunity to practice what you’ve learnt in a safe environment.
We find that many trainers and tutors access around 20% of the available techniques and technology for great online design and delivery.
The Quantum Rise methodology is design exclusive for the virtual learning world and embeds a new mindset and skillset which includes external websites, rotational whiteboards, polling sites and immersive activities. This drives knowledge retention, motivation and progression on apprenticeship programmes and qualifications as the learning is applicable, practical, creative and engaging.
The programme consists of 3 modules and a total of 6 hours which provides the perfect opportunity for those who are new, or those who wish to add more tips and tools to their virtual practice, and get some expert feedback from certified virtual facilitators.
It’s perfect for groups of trainers and tutors who wish to build on self taught practice and grow in their confidence and skill.
Programme content
Module 1
Maximising your Online Engagement – 2 hours
This is a comprehensive, interactive module which takes you through each of the engagement tools and gives you an opportunity to increase engagement, creativity and interaction when delivering online sessions.
Module 2
Designing your Online Session – 2 hours
This module focuses on the core design principles for an effective, engaging, outcome driven live online intervention, including visuals, slide design, virtual design considerations and integrating media, all underpinned by the principles which increase knowledge recall.
Module 3
Microteach and Feedback – 3 hours
You get the chance to deliver a short session and receive expert feedback on your content, skill and delivery from an expert, certified online facilitator.

Hayley Bird, Delivery Director, Quantum Rise is an engaging Virtual Facilitator with 10 years experience in Learning and Development working across a variety of sectors including public, private and charity.
