About your session
This session is led by International Leadership Specialist, Simon Shaw – director of Leadership at Mojave Training and Senior Associate at the Strategic Development Network (SDN). Simon has 40 years of experience as a leader and educator who uses his knowledge and expertise to create outstanding opportunities for career-minded people to develop their potential to the full.
Over the years he has been an advisor to large organisations and governments on early careers, skills and apprenticeships in the UK and internationally. As well as a coach, Simon delivers coaching and mentoring training for government departments, public and private sector employers. With his infectious enthusiasm, Simon loves sharing his experience with anyone who has the aspiration and ambition to put coaching and mentoring at the heart of their leadership journey.
