Developing your coaching skills to achieve apprentice success

Webinar | Register your interest

Every interaction you have with apprentices is an important opportunity to help them learn, develop, grow and feel motivated to succeed – but it requires the right skills.

For all those involved in training and supporting apprentices, using expert coaching techniques can have a significant impact on the apprentice’s success and future career.

That’s why we’re hosting this 3 hour interactive webinar – to equip you with the skills to coach apprentices effectively and enhance the quality of your training and interactions with each learner.

This session will cover:

  • What coaching is and the importance of the learning context
  • What makes coaching work well
  • Developing your coaching skills
  • Coaching conversation structures, processes and running sessions
  • Opportunities to practice coaching skills
  • Setting activities for ongoing practice

You will receive a CPD attendance certificate after the webinar, as evidence of your personal development.
