Delivering T Levels
SDN has been at the forefront of helping training organisations to prepare for, and deliver, T Levels. Alongside our previous work on the ETF’s T Level Professional Development Offer, we lead on the DfE’s support for T Level provider employer engagement teams, including:
- A CPD programme and resources to help you develop effective employer engagement strategies and source industry placements
- Tools to help you self-assess your readiness to deliver T Levels – as an organisation, and as a practitioner
- Online learning resources to help you understand T Levels and what it means for different roles within your organisation
- Training for front-line staff on the technical teaching and assessment of T Levels
- Practical support for middle managers, to help them identify and make organisational changes ready for T Levels
