Thank you for joining the Build Great Apprentices programme.

This resource hub brings together all of the materials available to support you as a line manager, mentor or supervisor working with construction apprentices. Whether you’re already supporting apprentices or preparing to work with new starters, you’ll find practical, easy-to-use resources designed to help you throughout the apprenticeship journey.

As part of this CITB-funded programme, you’ll have access to:

Everything has been developed around real workplace challenges and can be accessed at a time that suits you. The content is designed to help you build confidence, provide effective support, understand apprenticeship requirements, and help apprentices stay on programme throughout, including assessment and successful completion of their apprenticeship.
