We’re proud to be supporting Chartway Group with The Build Great Apprentices initiative, a new programme that has been awarded funding through the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Industry Impact Fund.
Led by Chartway Group and supported by SDN Mesma Group, this innovative training programme has been designed to equip line managers with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively support construction apprentices throughout their entire apprenticeship journey.
By strengthening the role of line managers, The Build Great Apprentices initiative aims to improve apprentice retention, progression and overall experience within the construction sector. Securing funding from CITB’s Industry Impact Fund recognises the programme’s potential to make a meaningful impact across the industry.
