Apprenticeship Units 2026: Designing and Delivering a Compliant Offer

Workshop | LIVE - 1 May

Apprenticeship Units go live in April 2026 and many providers will be looking to implement effective offers.

New products and new programmes bring with them risk and compliance will remain a key challenge for providers as Units embed within their provision. That’s why we’ve designed a new workshop specific to Apprenticeship Unit compliance taking in the learner journey and funding rules to provide as clear a guide as possible to designing and implementing a compliant offer.

As part of this workshop, you’ll receive access to our Apprenticeship Units Compliance Self-Assessment Tool.

The session will cover:

  • Eligibility
  • Initial assessment

  • On programme monitoring
  • Achievement and withdrawal controls
  • Transition to further learning

About your session

This session is designed for: Leaders, Programme leaders, Curriculum designers, MI leaders, administrators

David Lockhart-Hawkins, SDN Mesma Group’s funding and compliance specialist will facilitate the session.

After working in the sector for over 25 years, David has supported hundreds of providers to establish effective compliance systems. His in-depth understanding of funding and wider apprenticeship delivery gives him a unique insight into compliance across the organisation

We recommend attending live, but you can also be sent the recording and slide deck if that works better for your schedule.

If you have several staff who would benefit, let us know and we’ll send you details of the most cost-effective way of accessing the session.

If you’re a public sector body (e.g. Local Authority), and unable to book via card, please email us. When you make a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (including those who request a booking via email and invoice)
