Welcome to the T Level Industry Placement Action Groups page – funded by the Gatsby Foundation and delivered by SDN (Part of the SDN Mesma Group).
Six new sector-focused Action Groups are being established to bring employer engagement colleagues together – with their curriculum leads – to collaborate on real challenges and opportunities in delivering high-quality industry placements for particular T Levels or T Level routes.
Distinct from other networks, the Action Groups are short, focused and action-driven and designed to support meaningful collaboration, innovation and capability building within each T Level route.
Each Action Group will meet in person or online once a month, over a three-month period, to explore new ideas and develop practical approaches that strengthen employer partnerships and enhance student experiences.
As well as significantly benefiting those involved, insights will be turned into practical resources, tools and CPD for providers to embed into their own context.

- Management & Administration – starting February 2026
- Building Services Engineering – starting March 2026
- Health (outside of acute settings) – starting March 2026
- Creative & Design – starting April 2026
