Sam Dilliway-Davies joins SDN as Head of Innovation & Development, to help broaden its support for employers, providers and government with work based learning. Sam joins from the Education and Training Foundation (ETF) where he led the team delivering the £80m T Level Professional Development (TLPD) programme.

Prior to that he led The Challenge’s delivery of DfE programmes designing and piloting the T Level Industry Placements, and the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme. He has also worked in Australia, India, and East Africa in learning and skills roles.
